The first part of figuring out the benefits of this awesome grant is to have a home inspection and get a report on what may actually need repair or replacement. A home inspection report will provide you the details on what aspects of the home need attention. Moving forward you may provide your home inspection report to contractors and receive a few bids on the work required. This grant is very beneficial for any home owner looking to get help on repairs within the Albany NY area for historic homes.
